Before SoundPackager users who wanted to modify their sound scheme would have to use the Windows interface to select each sound individually. That usually meant downloading sounds, one at a time, that did not match and then associating those sounds painstakingly one-at-a-time. SoundPackager takes the work out of that process while at the same time delivering themes with sounds that go together for a complete desktop experience.
