Mount the ISO with Daemon tools or Alcohol 120%, etc.
Install the software and unlock the map.

Instructions for unlocking the maps:

Features: This simple to use program unlocks the Garmin Maps. No need to enter an unlockcode for a map. If you run the All.bat, ALL locked Garmin maps witch are installed in Mapsource are unlocked.
I have tested this Unlocker with Garmin Topo Deutschland V2, Topo Austria, Adria Topo, CityNavigator NT2008 and CityNavigator 2008. The upload and use on a Garmin Ique 3600 and a Nuvi works fine.
This unlocker is not created by myself, i found it on bittorent. I have read, it is created by a russian forum, but i don`t know the name.
Simply download the rar, unpack, run the GarminUnlocker.exe, than run All.bat
