Description

All of the games contained within this thread are able to play LAN multiplayer and they are also portable versions of the games.
Enabling you to put them on a memory pen and play where ever you are, great for on the fly gaming with your mates in school, college or work.

I'd like to note that I did not mod these games into their portable version

Game info

CS 1.6:- Classic version of the widely popular Counter Strike, this version of the game enables you to play over LAN with friends or with bots alone, you can also add map packs if you like

CS:Source:- This is the source engine remake of counter strike and is LAN only

Quake 3:- Quake 3 fast action fragfest, this version is mostly multiplayer only although you can play some demo single player levels

Halo CE:- Multiplayer only version of the X-Box classic

Starcraft LE:- A LAN compatible version of Starcraft, it is the LAN edition but you can skirmish against computer aswell

Worms Armageddon:- This is the full game with all the capabilities of it, single player, multiplayer (LAN,offline)

Unreal Tournament:- Very similar to Quake 3 in that its fast paced arcade gameplay, LAN & single player available

Diablo 2:- Legendary randomly generated isometric RPG, this works both singleplayer and with LAN

C&C Red Alert 2:- Classic C&C gameage, the follow up to the amazing Red Alert

C&C Tiberian Sun:- There was alot of hype around this C&C game rumoured to be like mechwarrior but turned out to be an RTS & not a bad one at that

Age of Empires & Rise of Rome:- AOE plus the add on Rise of Rome, this game plays both single player and LAN matches

Garys Mod 10 Final:- Great fun this one, sand box game modded from the source engine, once again this version can play LAN & single player

Half Life : Death Match Source:- Portable source version of the original Half Life deathmatch

Counter Strike : Condition Zero Counter strike aimed towards single player, works multiplayer & has gun game & death match (readme for instructions)

Open Arena 0.6 Mod of the Quake 3 engine, has bots & LAN play
