Tool to edit the Shaders.spk file*

Place the files in your Bioshock\Builds\Release folder and run the extract.bat to unpack the Shaders.spk file into a Shaders folder, ready to edit. Then when done editing the shader files run the repack.bat to inject the modified files into the Shaders.spk file.
