You can download all the files at once by using the program above.
Instructions:
1. Install IDM
2. Lauch IDM, and in the program itself, go to Downloads/Options/Sites Login then click new.
3. Add your RS account there (also in your RS account, direct downloads should be on).
4. Restart your internet browser (IE/Firefox/Safari)
5. Come to this page and select all the RS links.
6. Right-click and then click download with IDM
