Springy is a simple to use, yet powerful archiving and compression utility for Mac OS X. Springy integrates seamlessly with the Finder and includes some very useful features. All archiving tasks can be done via Drag and Drop, system Services Menu or through Springy’s Finder contextual menu.

Springy features at a glance:
Open and browse the contents of an archive or disk image without extracting any file from it.
Quickly extract all files or only files of choice from an archive or disk image.
Quickly extract the whole archive or disk image by double-clicking its file in a Finder.
Modify the contents of an existing archive or disk image: add, overwrite, delete and rename files in an archive or disk image.
Full Drag & Drop support for archiving and extracting from and into Finder.
Archiving and extracting tasks may be accomplished quickly and efficiently using system Services Menu in Snow Leopard or Finder contextual menu in Leopard and earlier.
Edit and modify any file in an archive or disk image by double click.
Live preview of many types of files inside archive, without extracting.
Browsing files in archives and disk images and extracting particular file or folder using hierarchical Finder contextual menu.

Springy supports all most widely used archiving and compression formats: ZIP, TAR, RAR, 7Z, PAX, CPIO, CPGZ, GZIP, BZIP2, UNIX Compress, SIT, JAR, DMG and ISO disk images and some more. Support for even more formats will come in future releases.

STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL FOR "CLEAN INSTALLATIONS"

BACK UP
1. Back up all Files/Data to DVD/CD/External Hard Drive/etc ...

BURN TO DVD
------------------------
1. Scroll down to "Nero" Section below
2. Download "Nero 7 Ultra Edition" i have posted
3. Follow the instructions i have posted on how to burn this to DVD

SET YOUR DVD DRIVE AS THE FIRST BOOT DEVICE
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Insert the burnt DVD into your DVD Drive
2. Restart your computer
3. As soon as your computer clicks over to begin the Boot Process
4. Continuously press the "ESC" Button
5. That will bring up the BIOS
6. Look around in there for the "Boot Sequence/Order" and make the "DVD Drive" the First Boot Device (every computer's BIOS is different.. so it's very hard to know exactly where this option will be on your computer.. but look for anything that has the word "Boot", "Boot Device", "Boot Options", or Boot Priority"... )
7. Save and Exit the BIOS
8. If you did it correctly.. your computer will say "Press any button to boot from DVD" ..
9. Press any button
10. That will launch the Windows 7 installation process

INSTALL WINDOWS 7

1. Let the DVD load and as soon as you see "Install". .. select "Install"
2. Next option .. select "Custom Install"
3. Next option.. select "Advanced Option"
4. Now you will see your Hard Drive(s)
5. You have to decide whether you want to create partitions or not. (Will not affect activation or install)
6. Once the partition(s) have been created or not .. be sure to "Format" each drive/partition by highlighting the Drive/Partition(s) and selecting "Format".
7. Highlight the "C" Drive (listed first on top of list) and press "Install"
8. Now Windows 7 will begin the installation.
9. Let it do it's thing.. it may take a while depending on how fast your PC is.
10. You do not have to do anything.. just sit back and watch or go out for a smoke..
11. Your computer will restart a few times.. just leave it alone.
12. The next time it will need input from you is to create your User Profile, Password, Set the Time Zone, etc.. do it and let it continue again.
13. Then the next time it will need your input again is for the Serial.. Leave it BLANK and press continue
14. Finally.. it will continue and your computer will restart a few more times.. your screen will flicker .. it may seem like it's frozen.. but that's normal.. leave it alone.. (do not restart your PC).
15. Once you get to the Desktop.. go to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Acconts > Turn off "UAC" by sliding the slider down to the last setting.
16. Save and Restart your computer
17. Now go activate using one of the provided Activators above..

Software Platform Windows Home Server will be installed on the specialized servers that provide data exchange between PCs and other multimedia devices (eg, prefixes Xbox), connected to a home network. That is actually a server running Windows Home Server will act as a focal point home.

Windows Home Server is a kind of hub for storing music, images and other information. WHS can perform automatic backup and restore information, and also allows remote connections.

Windows Home Server Power Pack 1:

Power Pack 1 adds WHS a lot of new opportunities. Below you can read the description of new features.

Windows Home Server Connector
At the time of release Power Pack 1 application Windows Home Server Connector can be installed on a home computer running 64-bit editions of Windows Vista. This feature will be added in order to verify compliance version Windows Home Server Connector with the version of Windows Home Server. Users will be prompted either to update the application installed on your home computer, or WHS.

Backup Windows Home Server
When adding a new hard drive to Windows Home Server users will be given the opportunity to use this drive to backup home server. Once this option is selected, a home server will appear on the tab Computers & Backup, where the user can choose what information he wishes to store on a new hard drive. As with home computers, you can browse the backups and choose what to restore - files, photos, etc. You can also perform backup / restore the entire information base stored on a home server.

When adding / editing a user through the Home Server Console, in addition to the possibility of including remote access for that user is now added vypadayusche menu where you can allow / deny access to a specific user bookmarks Computers and Shared folders when connected via remote access. On the Shared Folders tab in the Remote Access menu appear 'Views', whereby users will be able to display a detailed list of files ( 'Details' view) or thumbnails ( 'Icons'). When downloading multiple files at once will be added to the package files in a self-extracting archive (. Exe). Previously, it was possible to store files only in the ZIP-format archives.

Backing up the information from home computers
If the database backup on the home server contains errors, it is now using the Restore Wizard, users will be able to correct errors. Restore Wizard can be launched from an applet Backup Settings Console Windows Home Server Console. Also, the icon for Windows Home Server Connector, located in the tray, added a new option that will allow users to use on / off function that displays the computer from sleep or hibernation to perform the backup.

STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL FOR "CLEAN INSTALLATIONS"

BACK UP
1. Back up all Files/Data to DVD/CD/External Hard Drive/etc ...

BURN TO DVD
------------------------
1. Scroll down to "Nero" Section below
2. Download "Nero 7 Ultra Edition" i have posted
3. Follow the instructions i have posted on how to burn this to DVD

SET YOUR DVD DRIVE AS THE FIRST BOOT DEVICE
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Insert the burnt DVD into your DVD Drive
2. Restart your computer
3. As soon as your computer clicks over to begin the Boot Process
4. Continuously press the "ESC" Button
5. That will bring up the BIOS
6. Look around in there for the "Boot Sequence/Order" and make the "DVD Drive" the First Boot Device (every computer's BIOS is different.. so it's very hard to know exactly where this option will be on your computer.. but look for anything that has the word "Boot", "Boot Device", "Boot Options", or Boot Priority"... )
7. Save and Exit the BIOS
8. If you did it correctly.. your computer will say "Press any button to boot from DVD" ..
9. Press any button
10. That will launch the Windows 7 installation process

INSTALL WINDOWS 7

1. Let the DVD load and as soon as you see "Install". .. select "Install"
2. Next option .. select "Custom Install"
3. Next option.. select "Advanced Option"
4. Now you will see your Hard Drive(s)
5. You have to decide whether you want to create partitions or not. (Will not affect activation or install)
6. Once the partition(s) have been created or not .. be sure to "Format" each drive/partition by highlighting the Drive/Partition(s) and selecting "Format".
7. Highlight the "C" Drive (listed first on top of list) and press "Install"
8. Now Windows 7 will begin the installation.
9. Let it do it's thing.. it may take a while depending on how fast your PC is.
10. You do not have to do anything.. just sit back and watch or go out for a smoke..
11. Your computer will restart a few times.. just leave it alone.
12. The next time it will need input from you is to create your User Profile, Password, Set the Time Zone, etc.. do it and let it continue again.
13. Then the next time it will need your input again is for the Serial.. Leave it BLANK and press continue
14. Finally.. it will continue and your computer will restart a few more times.. your screen will flicker .. it may seem like it's frozen.. but that's normal.. leave it alone.. (do not restart your PC).
15. Once you get to the Desktop.. go to Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Acconts > Turn off "UAC" by sliding the slider down to the last setting.
16. Save and Restart your computer
17. Now go activate using one of the provided Activators above..
